Welcome to the Costa de la Luz Homes website
The Costa de la Luz is the south west corner of Spain, running from Gibraltar round to the Portuguese border. It is still largely undiscovered, undeveloped, unspoilt, and for most of the year totally uncrowded. Compared to other areas of Spain, property on the Costa de la Luz is still relatively cheap.

The Area
Seville

Just an hour away on a fast empty motorway is the beautiful city of Seville, home of the largest Christian church in the world (look for the certificate from the Guinness Book of Records!). Described rather inadequately by Byron as a pleasant city, famous for oranges and women, Seville is the home of Carmen, Don Juan and Figaro, as well as offering one of the best selection of tapas bars in Spain!
Cadiz

Cadiz is the oldest recorded city in Europe, dating back to 1100 BC when the Phoenicians arrived and settled. The old town with its golden-domed cathedral, its grand open squares and high turreted houses looks much the same today as it did in the 17th and 18th centuries, when Cadiz was a thriving international port, with trading links with the Americas.
