Our service doesn't stop after you've found your dream villa on the Costa de la Luz.

We will help you open a Spanish bank account, get an NIE number from the police, register with the town hall, sort out the electricity, help you get a phone, a gas contract, satellite television, a kitchen and water heater (if you are buying new build), etc. We will spend time with you arranging things like this which can take for ever if you try to do them yourself, but are actually pretty straightforward when you know the ropes!
