We are now in a position to offer you a varied choice of rental
properties with something for everybody’s needs. All our
properties are of a high standard and well looked after. Our area
covers the unspoilt beaches of Chiclana where you can soak up the sun,
sea and sand. Or if you are feeling more active, you could play one of
the local golf courses, go horse riding, scuba diving, jetskiing, take
a boat trip to see the whales and dolphins, etc. In contrast you may
choose the typical Spanish white villages where you can still find the
typical Spanish way of life such as Arcos de la Frontera, Medina
Sidonia, Paterna de Rivera, Vejer de la Frontera and Alcalá de
los Gazules.
Our properties are many and varied with a choice of casitas,
apartments, fincas and villas. We also entertain any length of stay
from 24 hours to a long term rental.

A brief description of the different accommodation types:
Villas (locally known as Chalets):
A chalet in this area is very definitely not a wooden shack beside the
seaside, rather a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa, (usually with ensuite),
living room, fitted kitchen and often with Free View satellite TV, DVD
and CD player.
The pool is typically 8 metres by 4 with roman steps, and a shower, lawn
and patio area and BBQ are standard.
Apartments:
Usually 2/3 bedrooms with communal pools and gardens and near the
beaches of La Barrosa and Novo Sancti Petri. These properties are ideal
for families with older children who can then walk to bars, restaurants,
clubs, etc without mum or dad having to drive them.
The inland villages also have a lot of apartments but not many clubs!
Apartments here are ideal for those wanting a base for a holiday spent
walking, cycling, horse riding, birdwatching, canoing, etc. or for long
term rentals.
Casita:
Usually a studio or one bed property within the grounds of the
proprietor's own house but with their own independent space. Ideal for
short stays. Most have air conditioning and use of the pool.
Fincas:
Typical Spanish house with limited modern equipment but lots of land and
typical Spanish design.
Extra facilities:
Travel cots for babies, high chairs, pushchairs, etc. are available for
hire.
Welcome packs are available on request especially useful if coming in
late at night or on a Sunday and containing enough basic groceries to
get you through until the shops open.
TOWNS
Chiclana de la Frontera
In the province of Cadiz in the southwestern corner of
Andalucía. The main town of Chiclana is a hubbub of shops, banks,
restaurants, bars etc. and represents the real Spanish way of life but
away from the centre there are many little areas for you to decide what
suits you.
Pago de Humo
A more rural area with villas scattered here and there. Has a bus
route, four ventas (bars), two of which boast very good food, a chemist
and a little local supermarket where you can get all you need without
having to get in the car to drive to the larger ones dotted around
Chiclana. The freshly baked bread is gorgeous!
Mogarizas and Los Gallos
Nearer to the beach at La Barrosa and to the old port but still pretty
peaceful. Has a parade of shops and restaurants including an English bar
and shop. 2 large supermarkets, Supersol and Mercadona, close by. Bus
routes to town and beach or cycle paths for the more athletic among
you!
La Barrosa
The beaches are amazing! Miles of clean golden sand and the sea is so
clear you can see the fish in the waves. The main street has a full
range of shops, restaurants, banks, chemist, etc. so you do not need to
wander far. This is ideal for people who want to be in the middle of
things and don't want to do too much driving.
The white villages
Arcos de la Frontera, Medina Sidonia,Vejer de la Frontera, Paterna de
Rivera, Alcalá de los Gazules are Spanish style villages with
spectacular scenery and each with its own personality.
These are just a few of the areas where we can provide accommodation
but we do have many more to choose from. Once we know what you are
