We select carefully the properties that we sell. Much of Spain is a nightmare in terms of legality and this area is no exception. We will talk you through the benefits and pitfalls of each property before you commit to buying. Please be very careful if you are considering buying property which does not have full, up-to-date paperwork or which is not in a residential area on the relevant town plan as this may cause you problems in the future.

If, like many people, you don't actually have a firm idea of what you want then we'll help you through the process of making up your mind. We can show you the area and a few sample properties and then give you details of other kinds of properties at all sorts of prices, enabling you to come up with the sort of property that you would like us to find for you.

When you are ready to buy we will help you step by step through the buying process right up to the point where you part with your money and become the proud owner of your villa or apartment on the Costa de la Luz.

All the prices of our properties are in Euros and the price you see on our property details includes our commission – we will not surpise you by adding further charges at the time of completing the deal. In the vast majority of cases our help and advice is totally free of charge to you – we are paid by the seller but we see our mission as looking after the interests of both the vendor and the buyer.

We will even help you with the process of opening a Spanish bank account, registering with the police, transferring the electricity supply, etc.
