When you get fed up dozing lazily on the beach or unwinding

| Swimming | Many municipal pools if you haven’t got your own |

| Cycling | Hugely popular. Chiclana to Medina is one of the classic routes but it is tough! |
| Walking | Lots of local walks around the coast or the salt marshes. Or head for the hills! Bay of Cadiz, Alcornocales and Grazalema Natural Parks offer walking for all levels in fantastic scenery. |
| Surfing | Several good local beaches |
| Windsurfing etc | A bit further south around Tarifa |
