Who Are We?

Costa de la Luz Homes S.L. have been selling homes in the province of Cadiz since 2003. Offices and staff have come and gone as the market has expanded and shrunk again, but husband and wife team Maria and Roy are still here with the same aim as always: to help you find the right property, be it in Chiclana, Conil, Alcalá de los Gazules, Paterna de Rivera, Vejer de la Frontera or wherever. We don't go in for pressure selling, we just show you a range of quality real estate, give you our best advice and then leave it up to you to decide whether you want to buy through us. At the moment, a very important part of our job is to persuade vendors to set realistic prices so, if you are looking to buy, count on us to try to get you that dream house at the right price and if you are selling, count on us to help you market your property at the right price to achieve a sale.

María José was born in Cadiz and has many years experience in Customer Service and as an estate agent. Roy is María José's husband and has been around the area for over 30 years. Between them they probably know just about all the right people and also how to steer you through the minefield of buying real estate in Spain. María usually handles Sales while Roy handles the backroom work (contracts, mortgages, etc.) as well as acting as your interpreter for your private contract and completion.
